Use and Distribution License

1. Permissions: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for personal purposes.

2. Restrictions: You may not:

   • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Application.
   • Distribute, sublicense, or make the Application available to third parties.
   • Sell, lease, rent, or otherwise commercialise the Application.

3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to the Application are and shall remain the exclusive property of Phils-Hub. Nothing in this license shall be construed as granting any license or rights to any trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property rights.

4. Governing Law: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, United Kingdom.
